Combine liquids, then stir into oats and nuts in a large bowl until thoroughly coated. Spread in one or two large jelly-roll pans. Dry in 175 degree oven overnight or at least 5-8 hours, depending how thinly you distribute in the pan(s). It should cease to be sticky but not become too dry or darken. After it has cooled you can add additional nuts, seeds and/or any kind of dried fruit. This recipe is open to experimentation and is very addictive!
