Bring juice to simmer in large, heavy saucepan. Remove from heat. Add cherries and allow to stand for 8 minutes. Mix in sugar, cranberries and cloves.
Cook over medium-high heat until cranberries burst, stirring occasionally (about 9 minutes).
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 48 hours before serving. May be frozen in small containers. Delicious on cornbread, toast, dessert...
