Multigrain Bread
- 11 oz. water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp nonhydrogenated vegan margarine
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup 10-grain cereal*
- 1 Tbsp vital gluten
- 2 Tbsp wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp wheat bran
- 2 tsp soy flour
- 2 tsp brewer's (nutritional) yeast
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in breadmaker and run on whole wheat setting.
*found in supermarket natural foods aisle. (It's not a breakfast cereal.)
