Teriyaki-Glazed Tofu

Combine tamari, orange juice, garlic, sesame oil in shallow tupperware. Add tofu and coat well. Cover and set aside for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, turning periodically to marinate evenly.

Drain tofu, saving the marinade. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook tofu until browned all over, about 5 minutes. Add reserved marinade and simmer until thickened to a glaze. Serve with brown rice and stir-fried veggies.
