Best Waffles Ever

• 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup unbleached flour
• 1/2 cup wheat germ
• 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 1/2 cups soy milk
• 1/3 cup canola oil
• 2 tsp cider or white vinegar
• 1 Tbsp powdered egg replacer

Whisk together liquids and egg replacer. Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl. Blend liquids into dry mixture thoroughly. Bake in hot waffle iron approximately 4 minutes, or as directed by manufacturer. Makes 3 large (4-square) waffles.
