Cream margarine with sugar; add pumpkin. Sift together dry ingredients. Mix a third of dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture, then half the water (combined with egg replacer), then another third of dry, then remaining liquid, then remaining dry. Stir in morsels. Spoon into oiled muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees about 12-15 minutes (until toothpick tests clean). Makes 4 dozen mini muffins.
